An alumnus of IIT Delhi and a seasoned IT–BPO leader with over 25 years of experience across IT solutions, finance, and the global BPO ecosystem.After years of building and leading high-growth offshore ventures, Biplab channelled his experience into social entrepreneurship, proving that operational excellence and social impact do not have to live in separate worlds. His transition into the social sector began at the Piramal Foundation where he played a pivotal role in scaling Source-for-Change, an all-women rural BPO in Rajasthan. Before this shift, Biplab held leadership roles across the global BPO and technology ecosystem. He co-founded a mortgage origination company in the United States, led teams in fast-growing offshore operations, and worked across the technology stack. His corporate journey culminated as Senior Vice President at CyberMedia Services Ltd. where he led the offshore publishing services SBU of the CyberMedia Group. Biplab’s pioneering work in the rural BPO space has been widely recognised. He has been invited to leading national and international platforms to share his perspective on inclusive business models. His work has been profiled by Outsourcing Center, a leading global outsourcing publication and he has been a finalist at multiple prestigious forums, including the Power of Ideas (IIM Ahmedabad & The Economic Times) and the DEF Manthan Awards South Asia for Digital Inclusion and Development.

He has extensive expertise in team management, analytics-led transitioning, process optimisation, and training, ensuring that operations are not only efficient but also resilient and scalable. Earlier in his career, Pankaj has worked across diverse operational environments, including roles as Senior QA Analyst at Competent Software Ltd. and SCM Coordinator at Om Logistics. Holding an MSc in Mathematics from HNB University, his strong analytical foundation combined with hands-on operational leadership, enables him to deliver measurable outcomes across complex business operations.

Prior to his current role, Balbir held technology leadership and tech-support roles at Wipro Infotech where he worked closely with large enterprise environments and mission-critical systems. Backed by a strong academic foundation, a Bachelor of Computer Applications and a Postgraduate Diploma in IT, and industry certifications including Cisco (CCNP) and Microsoft (MCSE), Balbir blends hands-on technical expertise with long-term operational foresight. Earlier in his entrepreneurial journey, Prabhat co-founded WhoWhere.com, later acquired by Lycos, and founded Parsec, a leading CRM technology company. Osama has actively contributed to national policy and ecosystem-building efforts, serving as a Member of the Task Force on the Growth of IT, ITES, and Electronics Hardware Manufacturing, as well as the Working Group on e-Governance under the Ministry of Communications & IT, Government of India. He serves as Chairman of the Manthan Award South Asia for Digital Inclusion and Development and is the founder of the mBillionth Award South Asia A prolific author and thought leader, Osama has written extensively on digital inclusion and the internet economy with publications including “Development & Digital Inclusion: Cases from India & South Asia”, and others. He has also contributed globally as India’s e-Content Expert for the World Summit Award, and served as Jury Anchor and jury member for multiple international awards across South Asia and the Middle East. With a career spanning entrepreneurship, infrastructure development, and ICT policy, Rajenesh has played a pivotal role in shaping how emerging and developing markets engage with the evolving internet. An active advocate for open, resilient, and inclusive internet systems, Rajnesh has held influential positions within the global ICT community, including leadership roles with the Internet Society (ISOC) and the IPv6 Forum. He is a frequent speaker on internet technologies and digital policy, contributing thought leadership at regional and international forums. Rajnesh has founded and led multiple successful ventures across the technology and real estate sectors in the Asia–Pacific region. In parallel, he has held senior executive and advisory roles, consulting on communications and power infrastructure, project management, and business strategy for medium to large organisations. Deeply engaged with the Asia–Pacific internet community, Rajnesh was the founding Chair of ICANN’s Asia Pacific Regional At-Large Organisation (APRALO) and has also served as Chair of the Pacific Islands Chapter of ISOC and the IPv6 Forum. His work in the region has focused on ICT policy development, training, and capacity building, including the design and delivery of programmes in collaboration with United Nations agencies.

Having moved to Delhi from the Almora district of Uttarakhand in her early years, Dr. Beena went on to pursue her MBBS and MD in Gynaecology from the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC), Delhi, one of India’s most respected medical institutions. At a stage when many of her peers chose high-profile roles in leading private hospitals, Dr. Beena made a deliberate and defining choice. She declined lucrative appointments to serve in the public healthcare system, joining Govind Ballabh Pant Hospital in Old Delhi. There, she worked in the Department of Gynaecology, catering largely to women from the densely populated walled city areas, many from conservative, economically disadvantaged backgrounds within the Muslim minority community. For over a decade, Dr. Beena dedicated some of the most formative years of her professional life to this community. Beyond clinical care, she became a quiet advocate for hygiene, women’s health awareness, empowerment, and family planning, working patiently within deeply traditional settings to bring about lasting change.
